Industrial machine dismantling

Machinery disassembly as a service

Dismantling industrial machinery is a core specialization of Tincors. We take apart single machines and complete production lines when a plant relocates, expands, replaces equipment or retires it.

Industrial machines are complex systems, often made of thousands of parts. Safe dismantling takes knowledge of how they are built, the right order of work and equipment that moves heavy components without damage. Every job therefore starts with a conversation with the client and a plan that keeps the impact on the rest of the plant to a minimum.

What we dismantle

Industrial presses

Injection molding machines

Extruders and film lines

Production lines

High-bay racks

Lasers and machine tools

How machine dismantling works, step by step

1. Consultation and site survey

We agree the scope, timing and site constraints with the client, then plan a schedule that does not disrupt the machines that keep running.

2. Documentation and marking

Before anything is unbolted, we document the machine and mark its components, so reassembly at the new site goes smoothly.

3. Disconnecting utilities

We disconnect power, compressed air, hydraulics and other utilities. Correct electrical disconnection is a precondition for safe mechanical dismantling.

4. Mechanical dismantling

We take the machine apart in the planned order using our own equipment: cranes, hydraulic jacks, rollers, transport platforms and air cushions.

5. Protection and packing

Components are protected and packed for the specific mode of transport, including containers for sea freight.

6. Loading and transport

We load the components onto trucks or into containers and organise transport to the new location, in Poland or abroad.

7. Reassembly or scrapping

We reassemble the machine and prepare it for start-up. If the equipment is being retired, we help hand it over for scrapping or recycling.

What does machine dismantling cost?

The cost depends on the size and weight of the machine, access inside the hall, the number of utilities to disconnect, the equipment required, the deadline and whether the machine goes to a new plant or to scrap.

That is why we do not publish a price list. We prepare a quote after a consultation, once we know the machine and the conditions on site.

Safety comes first

Dismantling industrial machinery can be dangerous if it is not done properly. We work to a safety plan: risk assessment, safety training for the team and the right personal protective equipment.

Selected projects

Dismantling two industrial presses at a paper-industry plant in Miękinia near Wrocław; despite old and contaminated machines, the work took two working days.

Dismantling, loading and transport of plastic injection molding machines from Germany to Poland, including electrical disconnection and mechanical dismantling.

Dismantling a film extruder in Portugal: components packed and loaded into containers for sea transport.

Dismantling a high-bay rack in Germany.

Dismantling as part of a relocation

Dismantling is usually the first stage of moving a plant. If the machine is going to run again at a new site, we handle the whole job: dismantling, transport, reassembly and commissioning.
