Location: Miekinia (near Wroclaw)
Term: May 2020
Scope of work: disassembly of 2 industrial presses with ventilation ducts
The Tincors team visited the vicinity of Wroclaw again. This time the project consisted in disassembling and putting up 2 industrial presses from the hall, which will eventually be sold.
As usual, the seemingly easy order turned out to be quite a challenge. Due to many years of operation, the machines were very polluted, which resulted in a great commitment on our part to prepare the ground for transport rollers.
Ultimately, the machines are intended for sale, therefore we have made every effort to ensure that the presses are properly disassembled and secured during downtime. All dismantled elements have been properly marked, which will translate into easier installation in a new location.
Most of the time that was devoted to this project was spent on dismantling the ventilation ducts. We did not have much information about the fastenings of individual segments, so the disconnected elements had to be carefully checked. With each order, we put the health and safety of employees first.
The technicians working on the aerial platform were equipped with safety harnesses and the necessary equipment to ensure comfortable work. Additionally, each structure was supported on slings with the use of a chain winch. Thanks to such measures, the entire work went without any unforeseen situations.
The entire order was completed within 2 business days.
